Our services in this area focus on business transactions, encompassing every aspect relative to the acquisition, individualization, registration, transfer and encumbrance of ownership rights, starting with the initial due diligence of the legal status of the property until the execution of the contracts and/or acts involving the property. We advise in negotiations for the conclusion of Construction Agreements and project development, as well as with respect to the different actions that may derive from their execution and implementation. We represent our clients in proceedings of administrative and contentious nature before the Land Jurisdiction, particularly legal actions under the Condominiums Law No. 5038 of 1958.
